Since our opening in May 2020, we’ve been focused on three specific areas: service to our guests, quality product and community. Our business continues to evolve and grow since our inauspicious beginnings during the COVID pandemic.
Our goal and primary purpose is to provide exceptional service and positive experiences. Our belief is that our guests are our number one priority and the reason why we continue to be able to serve the public. Our front of house staff is committed to being attentive, accommodating and kind.
We don’t believe in the race to the bottom with our product just to create better operating margins. We source our products for quality, local (whenever we can), and availability. Our back of house staff is continually trained for consistency and quality preparation of your meals. We constantly look for new ways to enhance our menu, keeping it fresh and unique and responding to our customer requests.
We believe in being an integral part of our community and our role in improving it. Our purpose is to make sure that our Community is better off than when we started. We do this through our charitable work with both time and money. Our Make a Difference Monday Program has raised over $20,000 since we started and our donations have helped to raise over $100,000 (through March 2025) to those local non-profit organizations. We encourage our staff to be engaged and make a positive difference.
